Now that my 2012 Presidential Campaign is over, the most important thing you can do to save America is to help save our educational system, which is broken and dragging America back into the 20th century while Communist China leads the charge into the future.

Obama’s promise to reduce Federal aid to colleges that increase tuition is worse than a joke, it is an insult to our intelligence to think we would believe that lie. Obama and the Progressives and phony nonprofits are doing nothing but flushing down a giant toilet billions, even trillions of dollars into education that, as I have been among the first to post in 2004, ranks almost last among all industrialized nations.

President Reagan vetoed the law of the Sea Treaty (L.O.S.T.) , but its supporters now claim that they achieved the terms that Ronnie wanted but couldn’t get. I have requested  the staff promoting L.O.S.T. for links to the new language so I can perform further analysis.

But even the promoters of L.O.S.T. admit that it creates a new taxing authority. They claim the US would have permanent veto power of the new internaitonal body, and that the new taxes are small.

Well, golly gee whiz, that is how they always start a new tax. When Democrat Woodrow Wilson started the income tax he claimed that it would never go over three percent. I recall in the 1970′s when I worked in New York at 42 Wall Street paying more than 50% income taxes.

While awaiting links to the newest langauge of L.O.S.T., I must beg every Senator and President Obama not to pass this Treaty until we can have full and complete discussion of (1) creating a new world taxing authority and (2) the unintended consequences of creating new worldwide bureaucracies.

The mainstream media have been promoting the Law of the Sea Treaty, which means we should worry about it. Keep posted.

LAW OF THE SEA TREATY is the most savage destruction of American sovereignty and is a pack of ravenous One-Worlder  wolves disguised in sheep’s’ clothing!

If you Senators pass this Treaty, it may lead to World War Final!

First, the Law of the Sea Treaty requires that an international tribunal issue permits for all oceanic oil drilling and mining. It is an international crime to drill an oil well in the Gulf of Mexico without an international permit and paying unlimited permit fees to the tribunal.

Second, the US must pay a royalty of 50% of the proceeds from every oil and gas well within 200 miles of our coast to the international tribunal to be redistributed all over the world. That is in addition to the permit fees.

Third, it requires unlimited technology transfer from the US free of charge to all 160 other nations that have signed the treaty, such as Venezuela, Iran and Angola. Got that Senator?

Goodbye American intellectual property.

Fourth, it also authorizes the tribunal to set whatever taxes and fees it wishes on American ocean activity of any sort, without limitation.

Every person must email this to their Senators regardless of Party affiliation. This is the most important item ever to come before the Senate, with much farther reaching consequences than Obamacare by far.

The furor over Chinese rights advocate Chen Guangcheng demonstrates the hopeless incompetence of Hillary Clinton’s State Department, first giving shelter to Chen, then “releasing” him into the custody of a mental health goon squad. Incredibly, while we had Chen inside the embassy, he was not allowed to communicate with the outside world, but the tyrannical China dictatorship lets him make phone calls, go on the internet and give TV interviews!

Most comical, at a time when the world’s environment is being destroyed by too many people, Chen is advocating making as many more people as possible!

Exactly what is the US policy on China’s One Child policy, or on birth control in the poverty stricken nations of the world? Does anyone seriously believe that starving teenage girls in Africa, Asia and South America really want to have ten or twenty children apiece, most of whom starve to death?

Does the US government and our leaders have any brains at all?

In Response to Barack Obama’s Plan to Rein in College Tuition, Princeton University announced it is raising tuition 4.5 percent. We do not know if this increase is within acceptable bounds to continue getting full federal taxpayer aid under the Obama plan.

Apparantley Princeton doesn’t care.

We have not heard any response from Barack Obama’s wife Michelle Obama, who is a graduate of Princeton.

What a fraud!

Obama will cut federal aid if tuition goes up?

Don’t believe it. Obama has never cut anything. If Obama touches it, federal spending/tgaxpayer money/the deficit goes up. Everytime. In fact, you will see after threatening to cut federal money to colleges, he is actually increaseing it!

How much does tuition have to go up before taxpayer funding gets cut?

Then, by how much will it get cut?

Here is my best guess: if a college increases tuition by $1,000,000, then Obama will cut federal aid by 12 pennies.

This is nothing but false promises to con people into re-electing Obama. The old-style crooked politico trick of promise everything to everybody.

Even worse, he is adding billions to the amount of money available.

What kind of cost containment is that?

Obama: “Hey colleges, here is an extra $7 billion in student loans, but if you raise tuition by some unknown amount, I will take back the price of an apple, the fruit, not the iPhone.”

The history of the federal government making student loans available was that the colleges increased their spending to soak up all the new money available.  The same thing will happen here  Obama adding another $ 7 billion in student loans is flushing $7 billion down the toilet.

Don’t forget (smirk) if you go to work for the government, you do not have to repay the loans.

So the taxpayers are out another $7 billion, with zero, none, nada improvement in the quality of education.

We have just passed another national crisis, this time about raising the debt ceiling. The crisis was resolved by a phony, hypocritical compromise that involved virtually no cuts until after the election.

The only good to come out of it was a focus on at least talking about limiting the growth of the debt. The ridiculous compromise stated in effect that our debt will only double over the decade, to a level that will plunge America into bankruptcy by 2012.

Somehow both idiot parties hail that compromise as a victory.

At least it has some provisions that push our bankruptcy ten years in the future, so that Obama and the Progressives might not bankrupt America in four or five years. Those paltry provisions involve limiting the increase in our debt ceiling, which in turns limits how much spending the Progressives can do.

Never fear, Senator Kerry is here.

Kerry proposes creating an off-balance sheet National Infrastructure Bank, similar to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. How did they work out? Kerry wants to create a third monster?

Kerry’s National Infrastructure Bank would not “officially” be part of the Federal Government, so it would be exempt from the debt ceiling, just like Fannie and Freddie are.

Kerry’s Off Balance Bank would borrow $850 billion to “rebuild our nation’s crumbling infrastructure.” Isn’t that almost a trillion dollars?

Didn’t we just decide not to add to our debt?

Every time I see Ed Rendell and other big Democrat talking faces, they pile on “rebuilding our infrastructure.” Why is this such a dominant theme of the Democratic Party? because the Democrats control the local government entities that pass out the infrastructure contracts to the paving and bridge contractors.

I know a 50-year-old man who just sold his paving company because “it got so you had to bribe so many people you couldn’t make any money.”

Legend has it that paving, bridges, and construction of any kind paid by the government involves bribes of 5% to 10% of the contract price.

An $850 billion Infrastructure Bank would provide bribes of $42 to $85 billion, which would enrich elected and appointed Democratic Party members beyond their wildest dreams.
Bear in mind that Valerie Jarrett’s fortune comes from government contracting in Chicago.

Government construction contracts and infrastructure provide the core of the personal wealth of Democratic Party officials.

Senator Kerry, the man who won three Purple Hearts without ever spending one single night in a hospital or clinic, wants us to evade the debt ceiling with another version of Fannie Mae to distribute up to $85 billion in bribes to local Democratic Party officials.

Senator Kerry is a true national hero.
